Silicone Hose
 Modern public transport places huge demands on every one of a vehicle’s components. Grayson’s hoses have been designed and manufactured to operate consistently well in the most extreme environments.
All Grayson hoses feature a unique silicone liner. This ensures that there is no coolant loss through wicking, and can also help increase the life of the hose.
Grayson silicone liners are formulated to meet the latest automotive standards including SAE J20 Class A.
Polyester reinforcement allows for minimal dilation with maximum strength and flexibility during use.
Grayson can also offer polyester reinforced low smoke, low toxicity fire retardant material, and Aramid reinforcement is available for high temperature and high pressure hoses on air charge systems.
Four ply polyester reinforcement options are identified by their green outer colour.
Bellow Type Hoses
Stainless steel rings, combined with a three or four ply construction, allow for maximum flexibility between convolutions whilst eliminating over-dilation, which can be an issue on systems where there is considerable engine movement.
