Grayson Thermal Systems have impressive manufacturing capabilities. Right here in the UK we design, develop and manufacture a wide range of cooling products that supply Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across the globe. *

Currently, 48,000 radiators and 24,000 charge air coolers are manufactured in our two manufacturing sites. With the recent purchase of a new Aluminium Brazing Furnace Grayson’s Aluminium production capacity will increase by over 75%.

Our in-house fabrication outfit features high-tech facilities such as the flexible press brake that ensures our customers’ diverse needs are met, whilst our fuel tank roller ensures that only the highest quality, durable tanks are manufactured.

But impressive manufacturing muscle doesn’t mean there’s no brain behind the brawn. In fact, Grayson are pioneers in developing technical breakthroughs in
cooling product manufacturing. We work in partnership with our customers to develop innovative ways to improve vehicle performance and reliability and reduce costs so our customers can maintain their competitive edge. Innovation is at the heart of our business.

Grayson Aftermarket Parts

The experts in our Aftermarket Parts Division orchestrate the delivery of Grayson bus, truck and specialist vehicle components to a growing number of distributor locations throughout the world.

Grayson Thermal Systems is also the Thermo King service and sales dealer for the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. Our position as the largest Thermo King supplier in Europe ensures that we always have thousands of Thermo King HVAC systems parts in stock.
